All orders must be prepaid. We do not offer Cash on Delivery (COD).
Payments are securely processed via Razorpay and other trusted gateways.

Once an order is placed, it is final and cannot be cancelled, modified, or refunded.

We currently ship across India. Orders are typically delivered within 5–7 business days from the date of dispatch.

You will receive tracking details via email once your order is shipped.

Please do not accept a parcel if it appears tampered with, as we are not responsible for any damage or loss after delivery is accepted.

• No Reverse Pickup

If your item arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear unboxing proof (photos/videos). We will review and assist you accordingly.
